With almost three decades of experience working with people all over New Zealand, Australia and the world, I am a committed facilitator and Master Healer who believes it is my purpose to guide and support you to live a full, expanded life where you are at your best, thriving and more resilient.

I believe that the power to heal comes from within, with the right ingredients, support and guidance all is possible. I meet you where you are at encourage you to lead from your heart, provide you with the tools, recourses and advice.

Treating each person as an individual, I address your health issues on an individual basis whether they are physical, emotional or spiritual. My aim is to empower and encourage you to take responsibility for and make more positive choices about your own health and development.

In each personalised soul-crafted treatment, I work with you to uncover the root cause(s) of imbalances and guide you towards lasting transformation. I'll meet you where you are on your journey, honouring your unique path and supporting you every step of the way.
